San Diego-based investment firm Westcore Properties has purchased two industrial properties in the Denver market for $29 million.

The two properties, known as Bryant Street Quad and 6400 Broadway, include a total of five buildings with nearly 450,000 square feet of space, collectively 98 percent occupied, the company said.

John Fefley, Westcore’s director of leasing and asset development, said the acquisitions are the company’s first in Colorado since 2006, when it initially entered that market. Westcore currently owns more than $1.8 billion in property and leases 1.1 million square feet of office space in Colorado.

The privately held Westcore was founded in 2000 and has since acquired and managed more than $3.9 billion in industrial and office assets. Outside of its headquarters at University Towne Center, the company has four U.S. regional offices and two in Europe.
