San Diego-based Trigild, which provides management, receivership and consulting services related to distressed real estate properties, has opened a new office in the Baltimore-Washington D.C. area.
A Trigild statement said the new office in Wheaton, Md., has a staff of eight being led by Josh Hall, the company’s eastern regional director of real estate. The office will oversee a growing portfolio of office, retail and multifamily properties throughout the eastern and southeastern United States, officials said.
Hall oversees 45 additional Trigild employees in the Eastern U.S. The privately held Trigild’s national portfolio now includes nearly 15 million square feet of commercial real estate and 3,000 multifamily units.
