A partnership that includes Greenlaw Partners of Newport Beach and Chicago-based Walton Street Capital LLC has purchased two office buildings at University Towne Center for a total of $25.65 million, according to CoStar Group.

The seller was a real estate entity of defense contractor SAIC Inc.

The partnership purchased the 126,662-square-foot building at 4242 Campus Point Court for $17.65 million, with CBRE representing the seller. Also acquired was a 65,612-square-foot building at 10210 Campus Point Drive, purchased for $8 million.

The seller has retained the right to occupy the smaller building for up to 12 months after the sale, according to CoStar.
