The 57-unit Pacific Pines Village apartment complex, in San Diego’s college area submarket, has been sold for approximately $6.5 million, according to CoStar Group.

The buyer was Vista International Inc. of Monterey, and the seller was AMB Capital LP of San Diego.

The buildings are at 4349 - 4366 Menlo Ave., in three apartment projects currently operating as one rental community. The apartments were built in 1957, 1969 and 1986, with two units vacant at the time of sale.

Colliers International and RJW Properties Inc. represented the seller, and KW Commercial represented the buyer.
