ForwardMetrics Corp., an Encinitas-based firm that makes cloud-based software which helps planners and consultants do a better job of formulating and implementing organizational plans, said it received $1 million in new equity investment from two unnamed individuals.

Combined with earlier investments from the company’s co-founders, Ozzie DiVinere and Scott Warner, ForwardMetrics’ total for the A- round is $1.75 million, said spokesman Andrew Hard.

The company, which launched in 2011, now has more than 1,000 users and its staff has increased to 35 people including 15 in Encinitas, Hard said.
