A local neurosurgeon has purchased the two-building Mesa Medical Plaza in San Diego for $9.2 million. According to CoStar Group, the buyer was Scott Leary, M.D., and the seller was AFJR Partnership LP, both of San Diego.
The plaza, at 7625 Mesa College Drive, was built in 1996 and has a total of approximately 34,000 square feet. Leary’s offices will occupy the third floor of the three-story Building B, with lower floors to be leased out. The plaza’s Building A is a single-story strip center currently leased to other medical tenants.
The buyer in the transaction was represented by brokerage firm The Schmidt Group, and the seller was represented by Voit Real Estate Services.
