Kearny Mesa Office Building Sells for $12.7M
Thursday, January 10, 2013Olympia Plaza, an office building at 3890 Murphy Canyon Road in Kearny Mesa, has been sold for approximately $12.7 million, according to CoStar Group.
The buyer is listed as TPP 203 Olympia LLC, and the recorded seller was US Bank NA Series 2007-c4. The seller was represented by brokerage firm NAI San Diego.
Olympia Plaza was built in 1988 and has a total of 25,513 square feet. Tenants include University of Phoenix Inc. and Terra Costa Consulting Group Inc.
