Mission Valley Office Buildings Part of $22.7 Million Deal

Two Mission Valley office buildings are part of a three-state, 17-property portfolio bought by Portland, Ore.-based ScanlanKemberBard Cos. for about $22.7 million.

The seller of the buildings, at 3420 and 3430 Camino Del Rio N., was CommonWealth REIT of Newton, Mass., according to CoStar Group and public data.

The local properties total about 40,000 square feet and were built in 1979. The 3430 Camino Del Rio building was fully leased at the time of sale, and the 3420 building was roughly two-thirds occupied.

Tenants include General Dynamics, CalSak Corp. and CompView. The Mission Valley buildings are part of a larger portfolio that includes office and industrial properties in Washington state and Missouri.
