Peregrine Semiconductor Corp., a San Diego maker of radio frequency integrated circuits, said it completed a global distribution agreement with RFMW Ltd. for Peregrine’s Ultra CMOS chips.

According to the agreement, RFMW will stock, distribute and provide applications engineering support for Peregrine’s product portfolio. The products target a broad range of applications in the defense, broadband, industrial, mobile wireless device, testing and measurement equipment, and wireless infrastructure markets, the company said.

The companies provided no financial details on the agreement.

Peregrine Semiconductor conducted its initial public offering in early August, with an issue price of $15. As of Sept. 26, the stock, traded on Nasdaq under PSMI, closed at $17.52, down 30 cents from the prior day’s closing price. Its 52-week range is $13.99 to $19.47. The recent stock price resulted in a market capitalization of $535 million.

In other news involving Peregrine, the company said it opened a design, manufacturing and sales office in Reading in the United Kingdom.
