SAIC Could Reap $21M From Navy DealFriday, November 30, 2012
SAIC said recently that it received a U.S. Navy contract that could be worth as much as $21 million over five years, provided that the Navy exercises all of its options.
Under the deal, SAIC will provide operational and environmental support for fleet training range complexes for two Navy entities: the U.S. Fleet Forces Command and commander, U.S. Pacific Fleet.
Some work will be done in San Diego and nearby in El Centro. The contract also specifies work in Guam, Hawaii, Nevada, Virginia and Washington state.
