La Mesa Apartments Sold for $25.5M
Tuesday, May 8, 2012Locally based R&V Management Corp. has purchased the 143-unit Adagio apartment community in La Mesa for $25.5 million, according to data reported May 2 by CoStar Group.
The development, at 5427 Lake Murray Blvd., was built in 1985 and renovated in 2006. It was designed originally as a 200-unit condominium project, and its unit mix is currently 73 one-bedroom and 70 two-bedroom apartments.
The seller was Davlyn Investments Inc. of San Diego.
