San Diego-based Trigild was recently appointed property manager and receiver for seven apartment developments across the country.

Brian Morelan, the company’s managing director of commercial real estate, said in a March 13 statement that Trigild has taken over day-to-day operations for two complexes in Georgia, one in South Carolina, three in Las Vegas and one in Idaho.

The properties total 838 residential units, and financial terms were not disclosed.

Trigild manages, operates and markets distressed properties, usually in cases where a lender takes back properties on which an owner becomes delinquent in loan payments.

The company operates through several regional offices throughout the country, often on assignment by courts and lenders. Trigild oversees properties in several industries, including hospitality, multifamily, office, industrial, retail and energy.
