Does your employer truly care about your well-being? If you work at a company that makes you excited to get out of bed in the morning and head into the office, then fill out a nomination form for the San Diego Business Journal’s third annual Healthiest Companies Awards.
Winners of San Diego’s Healthiest Companies possess four characteristics: visible leadership support and involvement, significant investment in the wellness program, strategy for measuring the return on investment and a strong desire to create a company culture of well-being.
The San Diego Business Journal awards these companies by publishing the annual list of winners and hosting a reception and awards program to honor the winning companies and their guests.
Nominations for Healthiest Companies are due April 5. An independent panel of judges will select winners in four categories: small companies, medium companies, large companies, and large companies headquartered outside of San Diego County.
The 2012 awards gala will be on Wednesday, May 16 at the Hilton La Jolla Torrey Pines, where a crowd of 500 is expected. Reserve your tickets and access a nomination form at the San Diego Business Journal website.
