San Diego-based developer OliverMcMillan has announced plans for a new downtown mixed-use project, to include 207 apartments and 6,000 square feet of retail space.
A Jan. 18 company statement said the firm plans to break ground in December 2012, pending city approvals. The development would be located on a 45,000-square-foot lot at 12th Street and G Street.
The company did not immediately disclose the amount it plans to invest in the project.
OliverMcMillan, with an affiliated entity known as OliverMcMillanFoster, will develop the project as part of a new joint venture with Chicago-based Capri Capital Partners LLC, a global real estate investment and development firm.
