This summer volunteers of The American Cancer Society took up the challenge of Relay For Life in some 30 communities spanning San Diego County. Their efforts will support badly needed research, much of it taking place in San Diego institutions. Their steps will lead to continued free patient services programs and public education about cancer. Beside each team, embedded within the ranks of each Relay For Life event, was a caring corporate sponsor.
