Since its inception, the company has developed more than $2 billion in assets in 11 states and has a variety of investments, primarily focused on real estate, according to the Manchester Financial Group.

Now under way is the Grand Del Mar, a posh $330 million 261-room resort hotel and golf course. Other MFG developments have included the Manchester Grand Hyatt, the San Diego Marriott Hotel & Marina, the First National Bank Building in Downtown San Diego and Torrey Pines Business and Research Park in La Jolla.
